Kozy Kitchen

Since I have given up bread for lent, I am extremely drawn to cake. When I saw this on the menu listed as "OMG cake", I couldn't resist ordering it! As you can tell, this thing has some serious layers. In the middle is a fudge brownie that is surrounded by peanut butter mousse. The mousse is surrounded by chocolate cake and the whole thing is iced with a cream cheese icing. Finally, cocoa powder is sprinkled on top. WOW!
Did I mention all of Kozy Kitchen cakes are gluten free? Somehow that made me feel better about eating every last bite!!
